Julip Made Grapefruit Mint Negroni4 And I am back, for real this time with this refreshing, but boozy iteration on the classic Negroni.  Perfect for a Spring cocktail party, this grapefruit and mint Negroni can easily be made for a crowd in a pitcher or punch bowl.  I'd also recommend making extra grapefruit/mint simple syrup to serve over berries or citrus wedges for dessert.
Julip Made Grapefruit Mint Negroni1 Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce campari
  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce grapefruit mint simple syrup (use this recipe, but substitute with mint and grapefruit peels)
  • 2-3 dashes grapefruit simple syrup
  • lemon twist
  • club soda, to lighten if you wish

  1. In a cocktail shaker over ice, mix the gin, sweet vermouth, campari, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and bitters.
  2. Pour over ice in an old fashioned or highball glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
  4. Enjoy!
