Julip Made winter holiday cocktail4 This grapefruit mescal sour is pretty much the wild party girl of your holiday cocktails.  She's fun, festive, and dressed in pink!  The combination is not something you'd expect, but turns out to be a hugely satisfying cocktail with an amazing airy texture from the foam.  This cocktail comes from a collaboration I did with the new DomiCile magazine, based here in DC.  You can check out the tablescape I created and two other cocktails in the feature I did here.  Also plan to spend some extra time perusing the rest of the magazine as it connects and highlights some of the awesome artists, farmers, restaurants, and other creatives that DC has to offer.
