THE CLASSIC PINK LADY

Julip Made pink lady cocktail 4 Another classic cocktail, the Pink Lady is tart, sweet, and has a delicious airiness thanks to the egg white.  It is truly a girly drink and perfect to serve at ladies night.
Julip Made pink lady cocktail3 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 bar spoon powdered sugar
  • 1-2 dashes of grenadine

  1. In a cocktail shaker, over ice, mix the lemon juice, egg white, gin, powdered sugar, and grenadine.
  2. Shake well until egg white froths.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass. 
  4. Enjoy!

    1. You wouldn't think an egg white would be good in a drink, but honestly, it adds both texture and volume. Think silky frothiness like a soufflé!

    1. With the grenadine, lemon, and powdered sugar, it is a pretty girly drink. They don't call it the Pink Lady for nothing ;)
