


- heirloom tomatoes
- burrata
- olive oil
- basil
- coarse sea salt
- baguette

- Chop up the tomatoes into wedges (add red onion if you want).
- Serve tomatoes on a platter with minced basil and salt.
- Serve burrata in a bowl with olive oil and coarse sea salt.
- Enjoy!
