DC FAVES: BLOWOUT BAR DC

Julip Made Blowdry Bar DC4 Between walking Odin, getting ready for work, and a 30 minute commute, blow drying my hair in the mornings is not something I often have time for, so in my book, a good blow out is a luxury.  When I was invited to check out the newest blowout bar in DC, Blowout Bar DC, I couldn't resist and used it as an excuse to get pampered before a date night out with the Boy.

The perfect after work treat all in a girly, bright setting.  With a convenient downtown location between Dupont and Foggy Bottom, this is pretty much the perfect happy hour spot before a night out on the town with the Boy or girlfriends.  This is definitely one of my favorite DC spots for getting pampered.   3. As a gal who fights her naturally curly hair texture, even in this summer swamp, sitting back with some champagne and letting someone else do the work is looking mighty appealing. Now, the question is, do I wait for an occasion? Or do I declare it "me-day" and just try it?
