Beets are one of my favorite root veggies that can be used so many different ways and provide a lovely bit of color to any meal. The best way to get the most flavor out of beets, in my opinion, is to roast them. Even roasting them can be done several ways: dry with no foil cover or with a foil cover to seal in moisture and almost steam them. This post will show you how to roast beets in foil to get wonderfully moist, roast beets.
