Halloween Cocktails: Rosemary's Baby

083And the finale of my Halloween cocktails mini-series... Rosemary's Baby after one of the eeriest movies out there.  This cocktail is an understated Halloween cocktail and would be well suited to an elegant, but creepy Halloween dinner party.  See after the jump for ingredients and recipe...

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • champagne
  • rosemary sprig for garnish
  • blackberries for garnish

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix simple syrup, cranberry juice, and lemon juice. Pour into a champagne flute.
  2. Fill the rest up with champagne.
  3. Garnish with blackberries and a rosemary sprig.
  4. Enjoy!
