New to Me Guest Series: Theresa of inspirationCooperative

inspirationcoopheaderTheresa is a creative spirit who is always seeking further inspiration in life.  I think I'm also drawn to her blog because she is pondering the next stage in her life and in trying to figure that out, her answer is to surround herself with creativity, which comes through in every post.  Even after reading this guest post, all of her words and the corresponding images, but especially the quote, resonate deeply with me.

Hello everyone! Theresa here from inspirationCOOPERATIVE. I was so excited (and honored) when Julie reached out and asked if I would like to contribute a guest post while she was enjoying some well-deserved vacation time. Julie curates the best in fashion, style, home, and recipes here on Julip Made. I wanted to honor that theme, but also give you a taste of what inspirationCOOPERATIVE aims to deliver.
See more inspiration after the jump...

On any given day, you'll find me writing about amazing homes and fashion (especially my favorite brand, J.Crew), professing my love for stripes, highlighting trends I'm noticing in the real world, musing about my personal life, and discussing art and design in all its many forms. There is also a very important element to my blog that was the initial catalyst for its beginning. Like most of us, I'm on a creative journey and nothing pleases me more than aiming a spot light on people who are living creative lives and pursuing their passions. I find these people incredibly inspiring and I want to know what's in their secret sauce [smile] and what brings them joy and/or inspires them in everyday life. Like Julie, I'm a sucker for a great motivational quote, so I leave you with this:

"In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit." ~Albert Schweitzer (via The Fire Starter Sessions)

Thank you, Julie, for having me over today. It was such a pleasure. Have a wonderful, inspiring day everyone!
Thank you Theresa for sharing what inspires you and that absolutely truthful and beautiful quote!

  3. Oh a round up that's all squishy and tied up into a perfect little bundle and secured with a stripy ribbon :-) Perfectly executed view of you T, you are building quite a distinctive brand and it seems stronger more powerful somehow when you write about yourself elsewhere. A great post and equally great series xx

  6. Love your self-penned introduction to Julip Made's readers, T! You're being as modest as you often are - and it's one of the things I love about you - but I also consider you to be a person who rekindles the inner spirit. So there! :D

Don't believe me, reader? Go check out her blog!!!
