- 1 grapefruit, sectioned
- handful of mint leaves, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- In a food processor, lightly blend grapefruit, mint, and sugar.
- Pour in a baking dish, covering bottom with less than 1/2 an inch.
- Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and scrape frozen parts towards center with fork. Place back in freezer and refreeze for another hour.
- To serve, scrape again into flakes with a fork.
