Super Odin. |
For the holiday we headed out to rural Virginia for a weekend full of food and wine, dash of hiking, and lots of laughter. While out there, we explored some nearby towns including Culpepper and Sperryville, which have some fantastic little stores and antiques shops, and a tour of the Wasmund's Copper Fox Distillery. Although, I'm not huge on Whiskey, it was really interesting to learn how it is made and we did pick up a bottle to experiment with some more manly cocktails {as promised to the Boy}.
Overall it was a fantastic, relaxing weekend. I feel so blessed to not only have been able to spend some quality time with my family, but that we were able to share it in such a beautiful setting.

How was your holiday weekend? We also started decorating for Christmas when we got back... lit up the pine candle, turned on Glee Christmas Pandora, and lit the mini-tree! Are you a strict no Christmas before Thanksgiving or Christmas 365?
Cheers,
Julie
