Pick-Me-Up... Mango Cucumber Limeade

This is the last of the summer cocktails and between the lime, mango and cucumber, very fruity and refreshing.  The cucumbers also add a nice little surprise at the end that you can crunch on similar to sangria.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz mango infused vodka
• 1 oz mango juice
• 2 oz limeade
• several slices of cucumber
• lime wedge for garnish
• mint if you like it

1. Mix the vodka, mango, and limeade in a cocktail shaker over ice.
2. Add cucumber slices.
3. Garnish with lime wedge and mint.
4. Enjoy!

This as well as sangria begs the question, do you like edible tasty extras in your drink or do you just like the liquid?

PS.  DC natural disasters occur... life moves on.  The "quake" although scary, does not call for widespread panic, 3 hour metro rides, dead stop traffic, no internet connection, and overall craziness.  Thus the lack of posting.  Ohh and now a hurricane this weekend.  Although, we do plan on holing up in the apartment, cooking and DIYing like crazy and tons of movies!!!
