For all the single men out there including my bro, the above is a sleek, rich, masculine bedroom to relax in, curl up in a the perfectly worn armchair with a newspaper and your best friend (aka a baby Odin) at your feet. I have to admit, for as girly as I can be, I really like the mixed textures, rich colors, harsher lines and overall masculine look. PS you can get your very own baby Odin from the
Belgian Shepherd Rescue Group (it's where we got Odin from). Some more bachelor pad inspiration below...
Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

ReplyDeleteJust what I needed today! I'm redoing my 21 year old son's room while he's away this summer. These rooms are stunning!

ReplyDeleteI love them all! I think my brother needs to take a look at what you've put together here. He can use some help :)
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love that rug. I know so many guys who seem allergic to hanging anything on a wall, my husband included. :)

ReplyDeleteSuch a fantastic mood board! That chair. The headboard. The dog. I love all of it!!
ReplyDeleteYou are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI love hearing feedback and really love creating these so if anyone needs help with a design dilemma or just wants some more pretties to look at I'd be happy to oblige!
ReplyDeleteFabiana, hopefully this can help and what a lucky son to have a mother willing to completely redecorate!
Tamra, I create the mood board in adobe photoshop copying and pasting images together, then I typically save as a pdf so I can open in adobe illustrator and add graphics, text, etc... which can be done in photoshop too, but I'm more comfortable with illustrator for this.
really loving your take on the bachelor pad! It's like guy-chic!!
