Guest Post... 5 Closet Essentials by Aubrey of All Things Bright and Beautiful

Good morning and Happy Monday lovelies!  Please welcome the bubbly, the funny, the Aubrey the blogger extraordinaire behind All Things Bright & Beautiful.  Aubrey is one of the sweetest bloggers out there with a sense of humor right up my alley and always a comment to brighten me day. So without further adieu...

Hello there, Julip Maders! And if that just made you think of the tow truck from Cars...then you fell right into my little trap! ~hehehe~ And I'm so sorry you have to put up with my crazy sense of humor instead of your beloved Julie's for today... (c:
Um, so I'm Aubrey from All Things Bright and Beautiful and I will be comandeering Julie's blog filling in while Julie is on her fab vacay that I'm totally *not at all* jealous about. Who needs a fun vacation in LA anyway? Sounds lame, right?
RIGHT?!? Fine. It's awesome.
But not as awesome as a closet filled with fabulous things!!! Aha! Now I have your attention (c:
(couldn't resist putting Megan's fab closet from Honey, We're Home, you could say I'm a little obsessed...)
Via Pawley Island Posh

I did a little research, and according to the experts (aka whatever came up on google), these are 5 closet staples that you just can't live without! Well, only the ones that I agreed with (c:
1. A dark pair of jeans
Like these awesome J Brand jeans, and really they are great to have around, they're jeans so they can be casual and go with *anything*, but the dark wash makes it so you can dress 'em up, too!
Great for the casual date night, no?
2. Fab Sunglasses
Can't go wrong with these classic Ray Bans...and excuse the gratuitous use of the picture of Alice from Twilight (yes, I'm a huge twilight fan, *stop judging me*...you know you are too.) Nothing ups the glamour factor on an outfit like a great pair of sunglasses.
3. LBD
Does this really need an explaination??? I mean, it's freakin' Audrey Hepburn, people. Girl knows her stuff.
4. A pair of flats
Did somebody ask for some fabulous flats? I'm pretty sure Tori offers a *few* options...
 But only a *few*.
5. A classic trench coat
...maybe the gorgeous one that Emma is sporting here from Burberry ...or maybe just a nice one that doesn't cost as much as my rent every month. Wardrobe staple or not, a gal's gotta eat! (c;
But Aubrey, you say, what about:
Black pumps?
A Tote?
Khakis?
A white dress shirt?
A classic suit???
Fine. Those should be in there, too, but I was only going for 5! Sheesh. (c:
Thanks Julie for letting me torture meet your readers and visit for a spell! I like it here. (c;

  7. Great job, Aubrey! I'm missing the flats in my closet. Someone has GOT to make me pull the trigger and buy some. I never wear anything but heels. I know I need some desperately!
